About Earth Sisters Festival
Our Mission
Earth Sisters emerged from a simple intention: to create a safe, supportive and deeply nourishing festival experience where women can gather on Country to reconnect — with themselves, with each other, with nature, and with the sacred feminine.
Continually growing and evolving, Earth Sisters is grounded in the principles of collaboration, shared responsibility, ecological harmony, accessibility, authenticity and fun — because joy, play and ease are sacred too.
Crucially, each Earth Sisters festival is co-created by the women who attend. Participants are invited to come not as spectators or guests, but as active contributors and collaborators, allowing magic to emerge through shared intention, collective presence and authentic expression.
How Earth Sisters Works
The festival operates through a collaborative co-creation model.
Earth Sisters is organised as a not-for-profit incorporated association dedicated to creating accessible, community-driven gatherings for women.
The program is contributed by participants who offer workshops, discussions, creative sessions and other activities as gifts to the community. This approach allows a wide diversity of experiences to emerge while helping keep ticket prices affordable.
The event is stewarded by a small organising team and supported by volunteers, facilitators and community members who help bring the gathering to life each year.
