Expected behaviours

• Allow things to unfold without forcing outcomes or rigid control
• Respond to changing conditions (weather, energy, needs) with flexibility
• Let go of personal agendas when the wider field calls for adaptation
• Honour rest, pauses, and simplicity as much as activity

“What is the most natural, life-giving response right now - for the land, the people, and the whole?”

What this means

We trust that wisdom arises through presence, listening, and relationship - not through domination or certainty.

Expected behaviours

• Stay curious rather than fixed or reactive
• Be open to learning, feedback, and change

• Avoid rushing resolution or needing to “have the answer”
